Product details
Round pipe (circular steel tube) size be indicated in diameter, thickness and length. Thickness normally be decided by its pressure class/ schedule. For the moment, we could supply seamless pipe and welded pipe. And the condition could be supplied in black, galvanized condition.
Regarding seamless pipe, the genreal production is, Bring and inspect the pipe blank, remove the pipe skin and inspect, heating and perforat hole into the blank, acid pickling and sharpening, lubricating and wind cooling, welding head, cold drawn, solution treatment, acid pickling and passivating treatment, and inspect .
Regarding welded pipe, the genreal production is bring and inspect the steel coil, cutting and sizing to reach our demands, qualitative and welding, sharpening to make it smooth and inspect.
Carbon steel round pipe be widely use for pipe fiftings and transportations, machinery industries, oil & geological prospecting, containers and chemical industries etc.
